Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 60 days of original purchase date.
A receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip is required to receive a refund in the same method of payment as original purchase.

Items returned after 60 days are eligible for store credit only.

  • Any items returned must:
    • Be originally purchased at Creative Kidstuff.
    • Be in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.
    • Items returned to us in damaged, opened, or unsaleable condition may be subject to a restocking fee which will be determined upon inspection.

Refunds:
  • Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card. Online order returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after being received and inspected.
  • Personal Check: You will be issued a check from our corporate office within 21 days of the return.
  • Cash Purchases: You will receive a cash refund.
  • Gift Purchases: You will receive Creative Kidstuff store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Please Note: Creative Kidstuff reserves the right to refuse any return without a receipt.

All Sales are Final for the Following Items:

  • Clearance, Personalized, Special Orders, Gift Wrap, & Shipping

Items Shipped Direct from Manufacturer:

  • There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Manufacturer's Defects:
If there is a manufacturer's defect in the item you are returning, you will receive a replacement or full store credit for the product . If you ordered the item on our website and are mailing the product back to us, please contact the Internet Fulfillment Center at 1-800-353-0710 for a return shipping label.

Damaged in Shipping:
We must be notified within 14 days if your package arrives damaged in shipping. Please contact the Internet Fulfillment Center at 1-800-353-0710

Please package returns with care! Return items in a sturdy box with plenty of packaging.

Important Note: Customers may also return items to any Creative Kidstuff store. Creative Kidstuff airport locations are operated under separate management. Returns and/or exchanges cannot be processed between Creative Kidstuff retail stores and airport locations.
