Orders with in-stock items shipping via UPS Ground typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Creative Kidstuff cannot guarantee package arrival dates for UPS Ground.

We ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and US Postal Priority Mail. During the week before Christmas we recommend shipping via UPS 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air. Please order early to ensure time for processing and shipping of your holiday order.

Creative Kidstuff is pleased to offer free Ground Shipping for most orders $65 or more. Please note that the order total must be $65 or more after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied. Applicable tax does not count towards free shipping. Some products require oversize surcharges and do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to AK, HI, APO, FPO or international orders. Shipping prices for UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air are based on order total and appear during checkout.

SHIPPING

We ship via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and USPS Priority Mail. Addresses with PO Boxes must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some packages are too large to be shipped to a PO Box and a street address will be required. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipping time frames are NOT GUARANTEED.

ORDER TIME FRAMES

We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of order placement. For guaranteed shipment dates, please select either 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select and place the order by 6:00am CST Monday through Thursday. In most cases the order will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday will ship the next business day.

Gift wrapping may delay the shipping of an order by one business day.

Creative Kidstuff is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or the USPS or returned to Creative Kidstuff as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS or USPS a $10.00 charge is automatically assessed to the billing party. You will receive an email alerting you. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees. Delivery may be delayed from the original estimated date.

WEEKENDS

Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays unless specially requested. For Saturday delivery, you must choose 2nd Day Air AND type a note in the Comments field on the checkout page indicating that you would like Saturday Delivery. An additional $15 charge will be added to the shipping charges upon processing. Saturday delivery is not available in all U.S. locations.

OVERSIZE SURCHARGES

Due to large box size or heavy weight, some items require oversize shipping charges. In the case of oversize shipping, the total shipping cost is noted on the product's information page.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, APO

Orders shipping outside the lower 48 United States such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and US military addresses MUST be shipped USPS Priority Mail International. Military shipments are considered international by the USPS and require customs forms and special handling.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship outside of the United States. However, shipping costs will vary according to the destination and the weight and size of the package. You will be quoted the exact shipping cost after adding items to your cart and selecting USPS Priority Mail International. Please email us if you need further information. Note: Creative Kidstuff is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United States. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predict when your package will arrive.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND BACKORDERS

Please call 1-800-353-0710 to confirm stock levels. Thanks to our loyal Twin Cities, many great things leave our stores on an hourly basis. An item may be out of stock even though it is not stated on the website. Thank you for understanding our stock levels change very quickly.
If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our policy to ship the in-stock items immediately. The back-ordered items will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse
